Questions about the work
Can a review begin with public information?
Yes. Public identifiers and the decision question are enough to establish initial fit. Some conclusions may require permitted private documents, which are requested only after scope is agreed.
Does a missing record mean a project has no risk?
No. A missing match describes the limits of the record or search. It does not establish the absence of an event or exposure.
Can you include a source that cannot be redistributed?
Access and reproduction are separate questions. We assess permitted use, identify the source where appropriate, and limit quotations or distribution to what is permitted. Some evidence may need to be inspected through the source owner’s own access route.
Is this a rating or a guarantee?
The services described here are scoped evidence reviews. An assessment is not a universal rating, guarantee of performance or substitute for the customer’s responsible decision-makers.
What is working today?
The public register is available. Internal development cases have exercised initial reviews and source-version comparisons. The interface shown on this website is an illustrative design, not a customer portal or a claim of fully automated coverage.
Figures come from evidence.
Published figures come from source documents or declared calculations over them. AI can help read, reconcile and draft; confidence or model agreement does not authorise acceptance.
Dates have different meanings.
When an event occurred, when a regulator acted, when a statement became public and when we retrieved it are different facts. An update label does not establish all four.
Uncertainty stays explicit.
An unknown quantity is not zero. A candidate is not an established loss. Where evidence cannot settle the question, the review says so.
The record can be checked.
Published editions retain their sources and external timestamp receipts. Corrections identify affected claims and preserve the earlier record.
The purchaser cannot veto.
Kyroq controls the method, conclusions and corrections. Relevant relationships are disclosed. Editorial research is independent of commercial relationships.
A review is not a prediction.
