This is an illustrative Kyroq purchasing case, using example data.
The requirement is eighteen thousand four hundred tonnes. Twelve thousand are already covered by an existing contract, leaving a gap of six thousand four hundred.
Kyroq brings the offers into one view. Arbor can cover the full gap at eleven pounds eighty per tonne, for seventy-five thousand five hundred and twenty pounds. Canopy is cheaper at eleven pounds forty-five, but proposes split delivery and is missing supporting evidence. Delta offers five thousand tonnes at eleven pounds ten, leaving fourteen hundred tonnes unfilled.
The workspace keeps price, coverage, delivery, and evidence together, so the lowest headline price is not mistaken for the best executable option.
Next, Kyroq brings the supplier record and standard terms into review. Delivery conditions and replacement terms still need decisions. Eligibility is still pending, so the recommendation can move forward only as a conditional approval. It is not yet a contract.
The demo then jumps to a later stage, assuming eligibility checks, approvals, and contracts have been completed. The position combines the existing twelve thousand tonnes with the new six thousand four hundred. Each lot keeps its own example cancellation reference.
The evidence trail then connects the original requirement, the offer decision, approved terms, delivered units, and cancellation records.
The result is a purchasing process that stays clear from requirement to completion, with discrepancies surfaced before commitment and every decision traceable.

No. The procurement workflow is designed to work with existing suppliers, source an uncovered requirement or support a wider buying programme. Supplier relationships and the work already done remain valuable.
That depends on the product, your workflow and the data involved. We agree a starting scope and timing after understanding your requirements. An enquiry does not automatically create an account or commit you to a purchase.
The product direction is to automate routine sourcing preparation, checks, comparisons and monitoring. Your team retains the commercial decisions and approvals. Unresolved issues need to be resolved before a purchase is treated as ready.
